天水鸡丝馄饨有四大特点:一是颜色亮。当一碗正宗的天水鸡丝馄饨端到你面前时,搭眼一看,红、黄、绿、白四种颜色一定会让你赏心悦目。仔细一瞅,红:浅红色的鸡肉,鲜红色的辣椒油;黄:浅**的鸡蛋;绿:鲜绿的香菜,大葱,深绿色的海带、榨菜,另外,再加上用白面包成的小馄饨,让你的心情不由得豁然开朗。二是香味浓。鸡丝馄饨香就香在鸡汤上,鸡汤的香味和香菜的香味,辣椒和大葱的辣味以及海带、榨菜、盐、醋的味道综合在一起,就显得鸡汤的香味特别浓。浓浓的香味让人用语言无法来形容,它让人胃口大开,垂涎三尺。三是做工细。天水馄饨包得大小合口;鸡肉都是撕成丝;鸡蛋都是摊成饼,切成和海带一样长约二、三寸细细的丝;香菜、葱都是切成小末;榨菜都是切成小丁形,让菜便于入味,让人便于入口。四是营养好。一碗鸡丝馄饨别看数量不多,但在营养方面,可谓是“麻雀虽小,五脏俱全”。人体正常活动需要的营养素,如蛋白质、维生素和微量元素都有了,既照顾了北方人受吃面食的习惯,又适合南方人爱吃菜的口味;既有兰州牛肉面经济实惠的特点,又有岐山臊子面香气扑鼻,营养好的长处。
天水麻食用麦粉和成软面团,每次掐一小点,用大拇指搓制成一个个小海螺状,煮熟,捞入碗中,浇上臊子,调入佐料即可食用。特点是入味、滑爽、易消化。炒麻食、烩麻食都是天水人喜爱的家常饭。
天水 猪油盒猪油盒以上等精面粉辅以生猪板油、嫩葱、胡麻油、精盐等经过发酵、制酥、揉合、烙制、煎炸、烘烤等一系列工序制成,具有酥脆松软、味香诱人、色泽黄亮、油而不腻、酥而不碎等特点,是甘肃天水的名小吃。

里脊爆张,使人刮目相看,喷喷叫绝。
天水面鱼(锅走)锅走(音)是把米玉面或小麦面洒入沸水中,边洒边搅,直到变成稠糊状为止,然后把糊盛入底下有孔的器皿中,用大勺在器皿中挤压糊,使它从孔中掉进凉水盆中。这时原来糊状物变成了小鱼形状的锅走(音)。最后盛进碗中,浇上已经做好的卤,加入辣椒油、醋等调料。吃走来滑溜爽口,味美无比。
浆水面片天水城乡人民十分喜欢吃浆水面条。天水浆水是天水人家家户户最普遍的一样饮食了,有人形象地说,天水人走到那里,浆水缸背到那里。天水浆水入口味镁、制作简单、经济合算。
天水打卤面先用乌龙头、芹菜、木耳、黄花、豆腐干、大肉、丸子、夹板肉切成块、条、片,不带汤炒成臊子,浇上稠糊状芡汁。再用麦粉扯面条,面宽2厘米以上,煮熟扯面,捞人大碗中,浇上臊子,调入油泼辣子、醋、盐等佐料即成荤大卤面。臊子中不放肉则为素大卤面。特点是面宽、臊子大、碗大、臊子稠,与面条紧紧粘在一起,味美可口,充分体现了西北人粗犷豪放的性格。

天水小吃还可以吧!只是我们不南方不习惯!有凉皮 凉面 烤膜 膜膜其实有好多好吃的、那些名字我都不太记得着了

参鸡汤的做法步骤
1. 糯米提前一夜浸泡好;
2. 白参和枸杞用清水浸泡15分钟,葱姜分别切片;
3. 童子鸡洗净,把鸡脚去掉,肚子掏空,将糯米和红枣、板栗混合塞入鸡腹中;
4. 塞完后用棉线将鸡腹部缝合;
5. 将鸡冷水下锅,放入葱姜片、蒜瓣、白参烧开;
6. 用勺子仔细撇去浮沫,转小火炖30分钟;
7. 放入枸杞再炖15分钟,调入适量盐和胡椒粉即可
