生活属于我们人生的一部分，我们每时每刻都在生活着，很多的人都说现在生活压力太大了，因为这个社会非常的残酷，只要你不努力，就会有人超越你。每天加班，熬夜，吃外卖，把自己弄得没有一点精神。其实在我看来，这并不叫生活，只能说像一个没有感情的机器人一样，日复一日的做着同样的事情。我理想中的生活方式是这样的。
一：每天保持两个小时的运动。
俗话说身体才是革命的本钱，想要拥有一个好的生活，一个健康的身体肯定是必要的，这也是我们常说的自律生活。早上起来可以跑跑步，晚上在家里面可以做做运动。在工作的基础上，把自己的身体锻炼好，拥有一个健康的身体，拥有一个完美的身材，不为别人的眼光，只为自己获得开心。
二：定时的出去旅行。
其实人生就像是一场旅行一样，你永远不知道自己走到了那里。所以说工作固然重要，但是要劳逸结合。很多的人经常制定旅游，但是永远赶不上变化。说走就走的旅行，能够让我们放松自己的身心，面朝大海，春暖花开，这是最舒服的方式。看看祖国的大好河山，也不枉我们来人间走一趟了。
三：不骄不躁，慢慢充实自己。
玩的时候就好好玩，工作的时候就好好工作，工作能够让我们成长，同时工作也是我们获得财富的基础。在空闲的时间可以自己学点东西，充实一下自己。你要知道你所拥有的东西总会在未来的某一时刻让你闪闪发光。
我们一直行走在路上，可能会有压力，也可能会有难过，但是生活还得继续，找到属于自己的生活方式，过出属于自己的灿烂人生。
