首先我要感谢我的班级给我这个演讲的机会，这是我人生的第一次演讲，所以请大家多多包含，在我的演讲开始之前我想请教各位，“运动”会不会让人产生“快乐”。
在我看来，运动会让人产生快乐，而且会让人爱上运动，当我在有不顺心的事情的时候，我会打打拳、跑跑步、做点仰卧起坐、俯卧撑，运动会让我流汗，而流汗才是我运动的支点，我所有不顺心的事情都会随着汗水排出我的身体，也许是我喜欢的东西太极端了吧，呵呵，可是运动会让人充满生气和阳光之气，最初我也是不爱运动且瘦弱的小孩，只因初中有次被同学欺负，那时我就开始有了想变得强壮的想法，而我的目标就是，等我变强壮的.时候，我会欺负回来的，可是当我一次次的运动了之后发现，每次我锻炼完了之后，烦心的事已经被淡化，心情还莫名其妙的顺畅的起来，所以我改变了我的运动目标，那就是什么让运动来解决我的负面情绪，不知觉之间就一直保持到现在。
可是根据我的调查发现现在大多数青年已经对运动产生了，只可言谈不可行动的想法了，为什么那，大多数都在一个“懒”字，我身为武术协会的训练部副部长，深有体会，从最开始的四十几人，那时我刚进入武术协会，根本就没想到当什么副部长，加入武术协会的想法纯属喜欢运动于武术，当时的场面很让人开心，因为找到这么多志同道合的人，当我接收副部长一职的时候，就能看见人一天天减少，请的次数越来越多，这是为什么那，还是归根一个懒字，记得有位智者说过，做成一样东西，没什么了不起，最主要的是看他能坚持多久，直到最近我看见训练时只来了几个人，我心里就不知道该怎么说了，是我训练得方法不对，那为什么又有人坚持下来了，我训练得对，那为什么会有那么多人不愿意来，于是我就回去总结了下，如果他们把训练当成一件烦心的事，麻烦的事也许就会好很多吧，要是他们意志在坚定点也许就能发现运动的乐趣，人毕竟是不同的嘛，总不能强加于人吧，所以我又把大部分精力放在自己的身生，让自己把对运动的渴望在加深点，让自己乐在其中。

“蚂蚁爬树不怕高，有心奉献不怕小”。对待奉献，我始终怀有一股热忱的心。过去的201x年，对于我来说，是我工作态度积极转变的一年，因为这一年里我懂得了什么是我工作我快乐。
“只有工作着，才是快乐的”。许多人都觉得周一到周六是最痛苦的时间，因为一大早就要从床上爬起来,去面对繁琐的工作。他们也许会想，如果每天都是星期天，那该有多好啊！但是，如果当有一天真的不能工作了，整天呆在家里无所事事，真的会感到快乐吗？对于我们运转工人来说，就有着特殊的作息时间，一年365天，没有星期六、星期天，天天都是上班日。不管是严冬、酷暑，不管是雨天、雪天，不会因为时间的转移而转移，更不会因为各种因素而放松工作标准。工作会让我懂得责任二字的分量，会让我赢得尊重和认可。生活因工作而快乐，我选择了我喜欢的生活方式——快乐工作。
什么是人生价值？相信许多人在思考，许多人在追求，也有许多人感到困惑、迷惘。我的价值观其实很简单：做好每一天，干好每件事，做一个爱岗敬业、无私奉献、在平凡的岗位上寻找快乐的人。工作是累、是辛苦，但是真正的付出才是人生的满足，尤其是不懈怠的工作，更给人以欣慰与快乐！记得雷锋这样说过：“如果你是一滴水，你是否滋润了一寸土地；如果你是一线阳光，你是否照亮了一分黑暗；如果你是一颗螺丝钉，你是否坚守了你的岗位”。简单的话却道出了真理般的工作态度：像螺丝钉一样坚守你的岗位，这是我们工作的责任与义务。
我知道，如果想要给别人一滴水，自己必需有一桶水，所以，仅仅只是爱岗远远不够，还应不断地提升自我才能达到前进的顶峰。于是，工作之外，学习业务知识、学习沟通技巧、学习为人处世，成为我业余生活的主角。我相信，惟如此才能永远不偏不倚地坚守我的岗位，达到所处岗位的必备技能。
爱岗敬业说起来简单，但做起来也不是件容易的事，需要我们默默无闻的付出，需要我们勤勤恳恳的坚守。在今后的工作中，我要努力做到服从而不盲从，奉命而不唯命，善上而不唯上，主动而不盲动，融合而不迎合。

60 more than a boy of 20. Nobody grows old merely by a number of years. We
grow old by deserting our ideals.
Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul.
Worry, fear, self-distrust bows the heart and turns the spring back to dust.
Whether 60 or 16, there is in every human being’s heart the lure of wonder,
the unfailing childlike etite of what’s next and the joy of the game of
living. In the center of your heart and my heart there is a wireless
station: so long as it receives messages of beauty, hope, cheer, courage and
power from men and from the Infinite, so long are you young.
When the aerials are down, and your spirit is covered with snows of cynicism
and the ice of pessimism, then you are grown old, even at 20, but as long as
your aerials are up, to catch wes of optimism, there is hope you may die

无论年届花甲，拟或芳龄，心中皆有生命之欢乐，奇迹之诱惑，孩童般天真久盛不衰。心中皆有一台天线，只要你从天上人间接受美好、希望、欢乐、勇气和力量的信号，你就青春永驻，风华常存。
一旦天线下降，锐气便被冰雪覆盖，玩世不恭、自暴自弃油然而生，即使年方二十，实已垂垂老矣；然则只要树起天线，捕捉乐观信号，你就有望在八十高龄告别尘寰时仍觉年轻。
2 As everyone knows,English is very important today.It has been used everywhere in the world.It has become the most common language on Internet and for international trade. If we can speak English well,we will he more chance to succeed.Because more and more people he taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed.
But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese...
I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can trel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English.
I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.
I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.
If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.

我知道，罗马不是一天筑成的。（成功需要日积月累。）我相信在持续不断的努力学习下，总有一天我可以拥有一口流利的英语。
如果你想被爱，你就应该学着去爱他人。所以我相信我对英语的爱定将换来它对我的爱。
